| STAFF TRAINING: |

| Dr. Christensen and staff all attended the 2003 Southwest Dental Conference held in Dallas in January. This is an annual conference where we each attend a different course of instruction for a total of 36 hours of continuing education. This year's topics included: Jaw surgery & orthodontics, prosthodontics, (full and partial dentures), oral surgery, office design, communication skills, handling difficult situations, oral lesions, and new dental materials. When we returned, we held a meeting and each individual shared what they had learned. We came back ready to put into practice some great ideas. |
| Dr. Christensen attends monthly seminar/dinner meetings of the Ft. Worth District Dental Society with topics of current interest. February's topic was on Cosmetic Bleaching. Last summer he attended an all day seminar on periodontal disease. |
| Our entire staff attended an all day workshop on Dental Emergencies last April, as well as becoming recertified in Basic Life Support in September. We take pride in the fact that we all participate in continuing education to keep abreast of the constant changes in today's dentistry. |
